Terms and Conditions

§ 1 Scope of the house rules

1. The house rules apply to attending an event organized by I-Motion GmbH, Am Hohen Stein 8, 56218 Mülheim-Kärlich, Germany (hereinafter referred to as: organizer) as well as to entering the event area used by the organizer, including parking spaces and paths to the event venue.
2. By purchasing the ticket (also purchase contract with a third-party provider), the visitor acknowledges the validity of these house rules. This also applies if the event venue is entered in other cases.

§ 2 House rules

1. The event organizer is responsible for house rules.
2. The security and order service employed by the event organizer is authorized to exercise and enforce house rules on behalf of the event organizer, in particular to carry out checks in accordance with these house rules or to enforce expulsion and removal from the event site in accordance with these house rules or the statutory provisions.

§ 3 Admission of visitors

1. Admission is only permitted for visitors aged 16 and over. The organizer is entitled to request suitable identification documents (e.g. ID card) to verify age. At the WinterWorld, TOXICATOR and BassRepublic events, the following additional admission rules apply to minors (16-/17-year-olds): Admission is only permitted when accompanied by a parent or guardian (at least 18 years old) and with a so-called “parental consent form”, i.e. 16-/17-year-olds without a parent or guardian or “parental consent form” will not be admitted (not even until midnight). A person responsible for their upbringing may accompany a maximum of two 16-/17-year-olds.
2. Admission is only granted upon presentation of a valid original admission ticket and only if the visitor meets the conditions of these house rules.
3. The admission ticket cannot be returned or exchanged.
4. The visitor consents to checks on his/her clothing and bags and containers brought with him/her for security reasons and to check compliance with these house rules at the entrance.
5. The organizer can refuse admission if
   1. the visitor does not have a valid admission ticket,
   2. the visitor refuses to present identification documents in the event of an age check,
   3. the visitor refuses a check of his/her clothing, utensils or containers,
   4. the visitor is recognizable by is under the influence of alcohol, drugs or other intoxicating substances,
   5. the visitor is carrying weapons or legally prohibited items (see § 5),
   6. the visitor is banned from the premises,
   7. the visitor clearly intends to disrupt the event, to use violence or to incite others to do so,
   8. the visitor attracts attention in advance by making racist, contemptuous, xenophobic or sexual statements in word, image or behavior or such a statement is clearly intended, or
   9. the visitor clearly intends to violate the house rules.

In this case, the visitor is not entitled to a refund of the entrance fee. The organizer’s right to claim damages remains unaffected.

6. By purchasing tickets, ticket buyers acknowledge that legal provisions and requirements for admission to the event (e.g. a possible “green pass” or similar, tests, digital or analogue certificates, etc.) must be implemented by the organizer and do not entitle the purchaser to withdraw. If the regulations and requirements for admission are not complied with, access to the event will not be granted.

§ 4 Visitors’ stay on the event premises

1. The visitor must carry the admission ticket with them after admission and present it or any other access authorization issued at any time upon request.
2. The visitor must behave in such a way that the organizer, other visitors and third parties are not harmed, endangered or harassed.
3. The instructions of the organizer and the security and order service must be followed without fail.
4. Fire protection devices and safety devices must not be adjusted, blocked, covered or otherwise impaired or misused, even temporarily.
5. The visitor is prohibited from
   1. disturbing the course of the event,
   2. in buildings outside to smoke in the designated smoking areas,
   3. to carry out criminal, disorderly or generally disapproved acts or to assist in doing so or to incite them,
   4. to endanger other visitors (in particular by “crowd surfing”, “circle of death”, “pogo dancing” or similar),
   5. to make fires, set off fireworks or pyrotechnic items,
   6. to smear, stick stickers on, damage or remove facilities and equipment, trees, etc.,
   7. to damage or climb fences, light poles, buildings, electrical boxes, sanitary stations, mobile toilets and other infrastructure facilities on the event site,
   8. to bypass barriers or to enter or assist in areas that are clearly not accessible to the visitor,
   9. to enter the event site pollute,
   10. to carry out any kind of advertising or to distribute leaflets or other materials, unless the organizer has given prior written permission to do so,
   11. to express or distribute degrading, racist, xenophobic, politically extremist, obscenely offensive or insulting, left-wing or right-wing radical or other radical slogans,
   12. to act in a left-wing or right-wing or other extremist manner, in particular by displaying and using National Socialist slogans (§ 86a StGB),
   13. to distribute or sell drinks, food, souvenirs, clothing, promotional items, fan articles and/or other goods and objects without authorization,
   14. to make sound, photo, film and video recordings for commercial and/or industrial use, unless the organizer has given prior written permission to do so,
   15. to relieve oneself outside of the toilet facilities, or
   16. Collecting and/or begging for deposits or deposit containers; in the event of a violation, the collected deposit will be confiscated and a ban on entry will be issued. This applies to the area in which the organizer exercises house rules.
6. In the event of a violation, the organizer can expel the visitor from the event. In this case, the visitor has no right to re-entry or reimbursement of the entrance fee. The organizer’s right to claim damages remains unaffected.
7. A violation can result in both civil and criminal proceedings.
8. Persons who are on the fenced event site without authorization will be prosecuted accordingly. The organizer’s right to claim damages remains unaffected.
9. The organizer points out that even with the full implementation of an appropriate protection and hygiene concept and compliance with all required hygiene measures, infection of the visitor with the coronavirus (SARS-CoV-2) or other pathogens cannot be completely ruled out.

§ 5 Prohibited items

1. Carrying, bringing and/or using the following items is prohibited for visitors:
   1. Weapons of all kinds,
   2. Items that can be used in a similar way to a weapon or a dangerous projectile and do not obviously serve another, peaceful purpose (e.g. backpack),
   3. Illegal drugs, narcotics, knockout drops and legal highs (e.g. bath additives), unless a medical document clearly shows the need to bring them with you and use confirmed,
   4. Irritant gas, pepper spray, animal repellent spray and similar,
   5. Laser pointers,
   6. Corrosive or highly flammable substances (e.g. Spray deodorants, hairspray),
   7. Fireworks, sparklers, pyrotechnic material, torches, smoke candles, Bengal lights or other pyrotechnic effects,
   8. Poles or sticks, unless required in the case of mobility impairment,
   9. Bulky items, unless expressly permitted on the event website,
   10. Individual or uniform clothing or other items intended to express opinions or advertising, unless expressly permitted by the organizer beforehand (in this case the advertiser must provide the organizer’s written consent),
   11. Advertising materials of any kind, in particular flyers, unless expressly permitted by the organizer beforehand (in this case the advertiser must provide the organizer’s written consent),
   12. Commercially used political or religious items (unless they serve as typical items of clothing for the respective religion) of all kinds, including banners, signs, symbols and leaflets,
   13. racist, xenophobic, left-wing and right-wing radical propaganda material, in particular that of parties or associations that have been declared unconstitutional or are otherwise banned,
   14. masks (e.g. balaclavas) that are not obviously used for costume purposes and motorcycle helmets,
   15. electrical or other devices that can emit sounds, noise, music or smells that go beyond normal use (e.g. a mobile phone is permitted),
   16. drinks and food of any kind, unless the visitor is dependent on them for health reasons or for medical reasons; the visitor must provide evidence of the exception.
   17. Bottles, cans, plastic canisters and/or other drinking containers,
   18. Chairs, seating and seating (e.g. Styrofoam cubes),
   19. Drones and other unmanned aerial vehicles,
   20. Animals of all types and sizes,
   21. Other objects that are suitable and usually intended to disrupt the proper conduct of the event or to cause damage.

Permitted items can be requested from the organizer.

2. The organizer reserves the right to exclude individual items on site for security reasons.

§ 6 Organizer’s recordings

1. By entering the premises, the visitor agrees that photo, film and video recordings may be made of him/her and used for marketing measures in the print and online area (including social networks/media) of the organizer.

§ 7 Payment on the event site

1. The organizer reserves the right to offer payment methods at its discretion.
2. Payments on the event site may be processed using a cashless payment system.
3. There is no system fee when purchasing credit.
4. The credit will be refunded within a defined period after the event. This period is announced on the website of the respective event.
5. No service fee is charged for the refund.
6. A refund of the credit after the deadline is only possible in individual cases and for an increased fee.
7. To prevent misuse, only independently purchased containers can be exchanged at all deposit return points.

§ 8 Safety: Escape routes, instructions, noise, weather influences, closure/eviction

1. The visitor is recommended to familiarize themselves with the existing and marked escape routes in advance or when entering the event site.
2. Escape routes; Escape routes and stairs must not be used as seating and must be crossed quickly.
3. The instructions of the organizer and the security and order service or the police must be followed without fail.
4. This is a music event. Music can cause damage to health and hearing due to its volume. Visitors have the option of receiving simple “earplugs”. Visitors are advised that staying in the immediate vicinity of the music system for a longer period of time is harmful to health.
5. The event will generally take place in any weather. However, the organizer reserves the right to interrupt or cancel the event if the weather poses a risk to visitors.
6. For safety reasons, the organizer may temporarily or completely clear and close off individual areas of the festival site without this giving rise to a claim to a partial refund of the ticket price, provided that the visitor is no longer able to experience essential parts of the event themselves. The organizer’s instructions in this regard or the instructions of the persons and companies commissioned by him must be followed immediately in order to avert danger to life or limb.
7. Access to event areas with a limited capacity will only be granted within the scope of the possible audience capacities. If the capacity is exhausted, the organizer can/must temporarily restrict access without this giving rise to a claim for a full or partial refund of the ticket price; the purchase of tickets does not in this respect give rise to a claim to access to all event areas at any time.

§ 9 Liability of the organizer

1. The organizer is liable without limitation for material damage and financial loss caused to the visitor, insofar as this was caused by him or his vicarious agents through gross negligence or intent. The organizer is liable for material and financial damage caused to the visitor, insofar as it was caused by him or his vicarious agents through slight negligence, but only in the event of a breach of an essential contractual obligation, the fulfillment of which makes the proper execution of the contract possible in the first place and on whose compliance the visitor can regularly rely (so-called cardinal obligation). His liability for slight negligence is limited in amount to the damage foreseeable at the time the contract was concluded, the occurrence of which must typically be expected.
2. However, the organizer is fully liable for damage to life, body and health caused to the visitor by the organizer or his vicarious agents, i.e. for any type of negligence and for intent.
3. The organizer is not liable for theft on the event site, unless he is liable under paragraph 1 or 2, unless he has visibly or expressly assumed a duty of safekeeping.

§ 1 Camping and parking areas

1. The camping regulations apply to visits to the campsite during the NATURE ONE event organized by I-Motion GmbH, Am Hohen Stein 8, 56218 Mülheim-Kärlich, Germany (hereinafter referred to as: organizer).
2. By purchasing the camping ticket, the visitor acknowledges the validity of these camping regulations. This also applies if the campsite is entered in other cases.

§ 2 House rules

1. The house rules are the responsibility of the organizer.
2. The security and order service employed by him is authorized to exercise and enforce house rules on behalf of the organizer, in particular to carry out checks in accordance with these camping regulations or to enforce expulsion and removal from the event site in accordance with these camping regulations or the statutory provisions.

§ 3 Admission and access of visitors

1. Admission is only for visitors under the following conditions and from the age of 16. The organizer is entitled to request suitable identification documents (e.g. identity card) to verify age.
2. One camping ticket is valid per person (including cars, caravans, mobile homes).
3. Access is only granted upon presentation of a valid original camping ticket and only if the visitor meets the conditions of these camping regulations.
4. The maximum permissible total weight for vehicles is 3.5t (for all vehicles: cars, vans, mobile homes, trailers). Access for vehicles with a permissible total weight of more than 3.5t is prohibited.
5. The visitor consents to checks on his/her clothing, bags/containers brought with him/her and his/her vehicle for safety reasons and to check compliance with these camping regulations at the entrance.
6. The organizer can refuse entry and/or access if
   1. the visitor does not have a valid entry ticket and/or camping ticket,
   2. the visitor refuses to present identification documents in the event of an age check,
   3. the visitor refuses a check of his/her vehicle, clothing, utensils or containers,
   4. the visitor is visibly under the influence of alcohol, drugs or other intoxicating substances,
   5. the visitor has weapons or items prohibited by law (see § 5) with them,
   6. the visitor is banned from the campsite,
   7. the visitor clearly intends to disrupt the course of the event or the peaceful use of the campsite, to use violence or to incite others to do so,
      1. the visitor attracts attention in advance by making racist, contemptuous, xenophobic or sexual statements in word, image or behavior or such a statement is clearly intended, or
      2. the visitor clearly intends to violate the camping rules.

In this case, the visitor is not entitled to a refund of the camping ticket price. The organizer’s right to claim damages remains unaffected. § 4 Visitors’ stay on the camping site

1. The visitor must carry the camping ticket with them after entering or driving onto the camping site and present this or any other access authorization issued at any time upon request.
2. Camping is only permitted at the assigned spot.
3. Reserving or keeping spots free is not permitted.
4. There is no entitlement to the availability of a specific parking or camping area. The parking and camping areas are opened as required and assigned to visitors by stewards.
5. The Road Traffic Regulations (StVO) apply to the entire event site and in the parking and camping areas. Drivers must drive considerately and at walking pace at all times.
6. The floor markings of the escape routes must be observed. The escape routes must be kept clear under all circumstances and must not be blocked, not even temporarily, by parked or stopped vehicles. Fire protection and safety devices must not be adjusted, blocked, covered or otherwise impaired or misused, even temporarily.
7. When manoeuvring, reversing, driving in the dark or in poor visibility, the vehicle must be moved with the utmost caution. When reversing, the driver must ensure that the driving area behind his/her vehicle is clear.
8. The vehicle may only be driven in a condition in which driving the vehicle would also be permitted on public roads.
9. The visitor must behave in such a way that the organizer, other visitors and third parties are not harmed, endangered or harassed.
10. The instructions of the organizer and the security and order service must be followed without fail.
11. The visitor is prohibited from
    1. disrupting the course of the event,
    2. carrying out criminal, disorderly or generally disapproving acts, or assisting in or inciting
    3. harassing other visitors (in particular by “crowd surfing”, “circle of death”, “pogo dancing” or similar). endanger,
    4. light open fires, light fireworks or pyrotechnic items,
    5. smear, stick stickers on, damage or remove facilities and equipment, trees, etc.,
    6. damage or climb fences, light poles, buildings, electrical boxes, sanitary stations, mobile toilets and other infrastructure facilities on the event site,
    7. bypass barriers or enter areas that are clearly not accessible to the visitor or assist in doing so,
    8. litter the event site (please collect rubbish in rubbish bags and hand it in at the rubbish deposit stations),
    9. carry out any kind of advertising or distribute leaflets or other materials unless this has been expressly permitted in writing by the organizer beforehand,
    10. post degrading, racist, homophobic, xenophobic, politically extremist, obscenely offensive or to express or spread offensive, left- or right-wing radical or other radical slogans,
    11. to act in a left- or right-wing or other extremist manner, in particular displaying and using National Socialist slogans (§ 86a StGB),
    12. to distribute or sell drinks, food, souvenirs, clothing, promotional items, fan articles and/or other goods and objects without permission,
    13. to make sound, photo, film and video recordings for industrial and/or commercial use, unless this has been expressly permitted in writing by the organizer,
    14. to relieve oneself outside of the toilet rooms,
    15. to collect and/or beg for deposits or deposit containers; in the event of a violation, the deposit collected will be confiscated and a ban from the premises issued. This applies to the area in which the organizer exercises house rules.
    16. Leaving bulky waste (sofas, armchairs, refrigerators, grills, etc.) behind. Any disposal costs will be passed on to the person responsible.
    17. Setting (bulky) waste on fire. Every violation will be reported. Compensation is payable for any damage resulting from this.
    18. Digging barriers (gutters) or other holes (e.g. for cooling) in the camping areas.
    19. Bringing music systems with more than 3 KW (kilowatts). In all cases, a noise limit of 5 meters in front of the box applies: maximum 95dBA.
    20. Playing music on Wednesday & Sunday from 10 p.m. to 6 a.m..
    21. Wild camping outside of marked areas. Visitors may only use the signposted camping areas.
    22. camp longer than 6 p.m. on Monday.
12. In the event of a violation, the organizer can expel the visitor from the campsite and withdraw access authorization. In this case, the visitor has no right to re-entry or reimbursement of the camping ticket price. Failure to comply with the camping regulations can also lead to temporary or complete exclusion from the festival site. The organizer’s right to claim damages remains unaffected.
13. A violation can result in both civil and criminal proceedings.
14. Persons who stay on the fenced camping site without authorization will be prosecuted accordingly. The organizer’s right to claim damages remains unaffected.
15. Regulations regarding fuel:

The owner of the fuel is responsible for its proper storage and safe transport. Fuel may only be transported and stored in suitable containers.

1. It is not permitted to keep larger quantities. In the event of a violation, the organizer reserves the right to confiscate the fuel and hand it back over at the end of the event.
2. Diesel: Maximum quantity 240 liters per transport unit. Maximum size per container: 60 liters.
3. Petrol: Maximum quantity 20 liters per transport unit and container. ATTENTION: Petrol poses increased risks (deflagship, risk of explosion, etc.). Therefore, increased care must be taken. The organizer reserves the right to confiscate fuel in the event of a lack of responsibility.

§ 5 Prohibited items

1. Visitors are prohibited from carrying, bringing and/or using the following items:
   1. Weapons of any kind,
   2. Items that can be used in a similar way to a weapon or a dangerous projectile and that do not obviously serve another, peaceful purpose (e.g. backpack),
   3. Drugs, narcotics, knockout drops and legal highs (e.g. bath additives), unless a medical document clearly confirms the need to carry and use them,
   4. Irritant gas, pepper spray, animal repellent spray and the like,
   5. Laser pointers,
   6. Corrosive or easily flammable substances,
   7. Fireworks, sparklers, pyrotechnic material, torches, smoke candles, Bengal lights or other pyrotechnic effects,
   8. Poles or sticks, unless required in the event of mobility impairment or for setting up a tent,
   9. Bulky items, unless expressly permitted on the event website,
   10. Building wood and firewood,
   11. Substances and liquids that are hazardous to water (e.g. liquid barbecue lighter),
   12. dry ice,
   13. acid batteries,
   14. megaphones,
   15. individual or uniform clothing or other items intended to express opinions or advertising, unless expressly permitted beforehand by the organizer (in this case the advertiser must present the organizer’s written consent),
   16. advertising material of any kind, in particular flyers, unless expressly permitted beforehand by the organizer (in this case the advertiser must present the organizer’s written consent),
   17. political or religious items for commercial use (unless they serve as typical items of clothing for the respective religion) of all kinds, including banners, signs, symbols and leaflets,
   18. racist, xenophobic, left- and right-wing radical propaganda, in particular that of parties or associations that have been declared unconstitutional or are otherwise banned,
   19. masks (e.g. Balaclavas) that are not obviously for costume purposes and motorcycle helmets,
   20. electrical or other devices that can emit sounds, noise, music or smells that go beyond normal use and do not meet the requirements of Section 4 Paragraph 12 Letter s,
   21. drones and other unmanned aerial vehicles,
   22. pocket bikes
   23. animals of all types and sizes,
   24. other items that are suitable and usually intended to disrupt the proper conduct of the event or to cause damage.
2. Permitted items can be requested from the organizer.
3. The organizer reserves the right to exclude individual items on site for safety reasons.

§ 6 Organizer recordings

1. The organizer takes photos and videos of the event and visitors during the event and uses them for marketing measures for its events. The visitor hereby agrees.

§ 7 Payment on the event site

1. The organizer reserves the right to offer payment methods at its discretion.
2. Payments on the event site may be processed using a cashless payment system.
3. There is no system fee when purchasing credit.
4. The credit will be refunded within a defined period after the event. This period is announced on the website of the respective event.

§ 8 Waste disposal

1. A waste deposit of 10 EUR is charged along with the camping price. When you return a filled garbage bag to one of the garbage deposit stations, together with the garbage deposit coupon (located on the camping ticket), you get the EUR 10 garbage deposit back on the cashless band. Garbage bags are automatically available at the entrance to the campsite.

§ 9 Safety: Escape routes, instructions, noise, weather influences, closure/evacuation

1. Visitors are advised to familiarise themselves with the existing and marked escape routes in advance or upon accessing the campsite.
2. Escape routes and rescue routes may not be used as seating and must be crossed quickly.
3. The instructions of the organiser and the security and order service or the police must be followed at all times.
4. This is a music event. Music is likely to cause health damage and hearing damage due to the volume. Visitors have the option of receiving simple “earplugs”. The visitor is advised that a longer stay in the immediate vicinity of the music system is harmful to health.
5. For safety reasons, the organizer can temporarily or completely clear and close off individual areas of the camping site without this giving rise to a claim for a partial refund of the ticket price, provided that the visitor is no longer able to experience essential parts of the event themselves. The relevant instructions of the organizer or the instructions of the persons and companies commissioned by them must be followed immediately in order to avert danger to life or limb.

§ 10 Special features of the parking lots

1. Camping in the parking lots is prohibited.
2. Illegal parking outside of marked areas is prohibited and will be prosecuted by the authorities; vehicles may only be parked in approved and designated parking areas or parking lots. Vehicles that are parked outside of marked parking areas or on driveways or in emergency lanes that obstruct traffic can be towed away without warning. The person responsible will be responsible for paying any fees.
3. The parking permit is void if the parked vehicle does not have third party insurance and/or has been forcibly de-stamped and/or does not have an official license plate with a valid inspection sticker and/or the vehicle has a leaky tank/engine or is otherwise not roadworthy or in a condition that could pose a risk.
4. Vehicles parked in parking spaces are not guarded. Vehicles are parked at your own risk. Security staff are used to instruct and check access authorizations, not to guard the vehicles.
5. The parking ticket is valid until 12 noon the following day. The driver and the vehicle owner are responsible for properly removing the vehicle immediately after the end of the event.
6. In addition, § 4 and § 5 apply.

§ 11 Special features for camps, floors and buildings

1. On Wednesday & Sunday there will be absolute quiet from 10 p.m. to 6 a.m. Devices for playing music may not be operated during this time. Tent volume must not be exceeded.
2. It is not permitted to bring music systems with more than 3 KW (kilowatts) onto the premises. In any case, a noise limit applies 5 meters in front of the box: maximum 95dB(A).
3. The maximum permissible total weight for vehicles is 3.5t (for all vehicles: cars, vans, mobile homes, trailer combinations). Access for vehicles with a permissible total weight of more than 3.5t is prohibited.
4. Floors/camps may not advertise for sponsors in any way before, during or after the event.
5. The floor or camp may not act as its own party. Selling drinks, food and non-food items as well as charging entrance fees is prohibited.
6. The use of confetti is not permitted for environmental reasons.
7. The NATURE ONE logo may not be used to advertise the floor.
8. When erecting stages, camps, floors and all other facilities erected by visitors, all legal regulations apply, in particular the provisions of building and hazard prevention law. The operator/owner of the buildings is responsible for any necessary building inspections and permits. The organizer reserves the right to check this.
9. The general terms and conditions and the parking and camping regulations represent only a part of all safety-related requirements and operating regulations. The operator/owner of the buildings is obliged to comply with these and all relevant operating regulations without exception.
10. I-Motion is entitled to order an improvement, partial dismantling or dismantling as well as the decommissioning of a facility at any time and without giving reasons. Violations will result in immediate expulsion from the premises. The resulting costs are to be borne by the operator/owner of the floor/camp.
11. I-Motion assumes no liability for personal injury or property damage that occurs to the builders of stages, camps, floors and all other independently constructed facilities on the NatureOne – CampingVillage during the construction or use of these structures.
12. The operators/owners of the independently constructed stages, camps, floors and all other constructed facilities are responsible for the safety and operation of the structures.
13. The owner/operator of the independently constructed stages, camps, floors and all other constructed facilities is liable for any property damage or personal injury caused to other visitors/third parties on their structures. To the extent that I-Motion is held liable by other visitors for property damage and personal injury, the owners/operators of the independently constructed stages, camps, floors and all other facilities agree to indemnify I-Motion from all claims for compensation made by visitors/third parties on the occasion of the use of the independently constructed buildings.
14. In addition, I-Motion excludes liability for property damage and financial loss in the event of slightly negligent breach of duty.
15. All other provisions from the parking and camping regulations and the general terms and conditions remain valid.
16. The setting up of camps/floors and the operation of devices for playing music are generally not permitted at the Comfort Camp.

§ 12 Comfort Camp

1. The Comfort Camp is a separate, fenced-in area. This can only be accessed with a corresponding ticket. The regular CampingVillage ticket does not entitle you to access.
2. In principle, the general terms and conditions for parking and camping areas apply to the Comfort Camp, unless otherwise stated in Section 11.
3. Access authorizations for the Comfort Camp are also valid at the entrances to the CampingVillage and entitle you to access there.
4. Vehicles are not permitted to enter the Comfort Camp. The only exceptions to this are mobile homes with a corresponding additional ticket on the designated pitches.
5. The Comfort Camp is a Green & Silent Camp. Garbage should be collected in the appropriate containers. The volume should be chosen with consideration for the other campers. There is a night-time quiet period from 10 p.m. to 6 a.m., during which the volume must be limited to tent volume.
6. Visitors are prohibited from carrying, bringing and/or using the following items:
   1. All items listed under §5
   2. Music systems and devices for playing music
   3. Emergency power generators
   4. Refrigerators
   5. Couches
   6. Buildings of all kinds
7. The organizer reserves the right to exclude individual items on site for safety reasons.

§ 13 Liability of the organizer

1. The organizer is liable without limitation for material and financial damage caused to the visitor, insofar as this was caused by the organizer or his vicarious agents through gross negligence or intent. The organizer is liable for material and financial damage caused to the visitor, insofar as it was caused by him or his vicarious agents through slight negligence, but only in the event of a breach of an essential contractual obligation, the fulfillment of which makes the proper execution of the contract possible in the first place and on whose compliance the visitor can regularly rely (so-called cardinal obligation). His liability for slight negligence is limited in amount to the damage foreseeable at the time the contract was concluded, the occurrence of which must typically be expected.
2. However, the organizer is fully liable for damage to life, body and health caused to the visitor by the organizer or his vicarious agents, i.e. for any type of negligence and for intent.
3. The organizer is not liable for theft on the camping site, unless he is liable under paragraph 1 or 2, unless he has visibly or expressly assumed a duty of safekeeping.

§ 1 Essential feature of the app

The app essentially provides you with the following functions (in conjunction with your account):

• Management of your user account and your public profile
• Receipt of your purchases
• Provision of a live map of the event so that you can find your way around
• Sharing your real-time location with your friends
• Connection with friends or like-minded people who go to the same events
• Exploring the schedule and favoring artists to create your personal schedule
• Opportunity to provide feedback to the organizer to improve the event experience
• Information from the organizer

§ 2 Existence of liability for defects

In the event of defects, if the requirements of the following provisions are met, you can claim subsequent performance in accordance with Section 327l of the German Civil Code demand termination of the contract in accordance with Section 327m Paragraphs 1, 2, 4 and 5 of the German Civil Code (BGB) or reduction of the price in accordance with Section 327n of the German Civil Code (BGB) and demand compensation for damages in accordance with Section 280 Paragraph 1 of the German Civil Code (BGB) or Section 327m Paragraph 3 of the German Civil Code (BGB) or compensation for wasted expenditure in accordance with Section 284 of the German Civil Code (BGB).

§ 4 Technical steps leading to the conclusion of the contract

If you decide to create an account, you will first be asked to provide a few details. You conclude the contract with us when you accept these General Terms and Conditions by activating the button and tapping the button labeled “Accept and continue” or similar.

§ 5 Storage of the contract text

Apart from these General Terms and Conditions, there is no separate contract text. We therefore do not store this contract text separately. You can access these General Terms and Conditions before concluding the contract and print them out using the corresponding functions on your device or save them as a PDF.

§ 6 Recognition and correction of input errors

Before concluding the contract, you have the option of going back at any time during the account creation process and correcting entries. After concluding the contract, we ask that you contact us to correct any information.

§ 7 Languages available for concluding the contract

Only the German language is currently available for concluding the contract.

§ 8 Consumer Arbitration Board

We do not participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board and we are not obliged to do so.
